I had a great time at this hotel. The room felt spacious, especially with the large balcony offering lovely views. The pool area on the sixth floor was a highlight. it was refreshing and never felt overcrowded. Daily cleaning kept everything tidy, and I appreciated the fresh towels. The bar area offered drinks at very reasonable prices, with gin costing only €2.90. The location was convenient. just a short 7/8 minute walk to the old town. A nice park right in front. I did notice that the walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noisy neighbors. The entertainment catered mainly to Spanish guests, which limited my engagement with the activities. Though the breakfast left a little to be desired, the lunch and dinner options were much better, with plenty of variety. I had a memorable stay with some minor inconveniences, but I would consider returning if I come back to Benidorm.

Great location near the beach and the old town. My room was clean and comfy! Enjoyed lovely lunches and dinners with a variety of choices. The beds were made daily with fresh towels, such a nice touch!
Breakfast was about as exciting as a soggy biscuit. the dining chaos meant waiting in line like I was at a theme park!

large swimming pool area with views, impressive daily cleaning standards, convenience of renting fridges
The evening entertainment only catered to one nationality, which left many guests feeling excluded!!! Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my peace more than once!!! More variety in food services would enhance the experience!!!

I spent 3 nights in a Double Room and was particularly impressed by the staff, especially Juanjo, who promptly resolved an air conditioning issue, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The sixth floor pool was a fantastic highlight, offering refreshing views over the town, along with large balconies in the room that were perfect for relaxation.
